Sri Lankan Microfinance Bank LOLC opens new branch in Islamabad

The LOLC Microfinance Financial institution inaugurated its hottest department in the Blue Space of Islamabad.  The Higher Commissioner of Sri Lanka to Pakistan Admiral Ravindra C. Wijegunaratne graced the opening ceremony as  the Main Visitor on 22 March 2024.

Addressing the collecting, the Significant Commissioner emphasized the importance of endorsing monetary inclusion and acknowledged the pivotal function played by the LOLC Holdings in this endeavor. The President and CEO of the LOLC Holdings Farooq Rashid highlighted the bank’s strategic vision aimed at extending its presence to provide economic solutions to a broader demographic and contributing appreciably to the economic empowerment of the culture. The function was attended by  a number of distinguished guests, including best bankers.

The purpose of LOLC in Pakistan is to assist to eradicate poverty by delivering fiscal products and services to those people who are normally excluded from the formal monetary sector. This permits men and women to get started or grow little companies, generating employment and revenue for by themselves and their family members.
